1/ Receive prospects and arrange meetings while managing the center hotline Warmly welcome and deliver excellent customer service to everyone visiting the WSE center, connecting them to the appropriate staff Collect and file the information of prospective students, arrange meetings with the Educational Consultants while complying with the online show distribution rules Enter the collected information correctly into the CRM system, creating system accounts for new prospective students as necessary Support prospects & students to accomplish the Online Placement Test Handle incoming calls when needed and take action as necessary Support Coach team by entering lead data into the system for DSF and Referrals Handle guest registration for online sales & marketing events 2/ General Admin Ensure that the center is opened and closed in line with the operation hours every day Receive, deliver and manage materials Order, receive and manage general purchases for the center Support staff in the center for color printing for documents such as Learning Certificates, event posters etc. Manage general assets at the center such as the computers, sound system and be the point of contact for their maintenance with Head Office Channel the center's facility management requests to the Facility Management HQ team and support as required
