Champion ARI Distribution: DSS will take the lead in ensuring all ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) connections are properly established and maintained.

Rate Plan & Rate Code Management: Oversee and manage all rate plans and rate codes across online platforms.

Regular ARI Audits & Maintenance: Conduct frequent audits and maintenance of ARI to ensure smooth operations.

OTA Profile Management: Audit and ensure that each property’s profile on OTAs is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the actual property information.

RFP Handling: Support RFP processes as required.

Tracking & Reporting: Provide tracking and reporting support when needed.

Collaboration with Country DSS Lead: Work closely with the country DSS lead on HQ tasks and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with relevant teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Revenue, Reservations) to ensure all tasks are executed effectively.

- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.

- Additional work experience may substitute for degree

- English Level: Highly articulate in English language, both written and spoken

- Minimum of 1-3 years in Sales & Marketing related operations, of which at least 2 years-experience in similar position in a 5 stars establishment;

- Strong track record of sales & marketing experience and influence of respective regional market;

- Strong strategic thinking, Creative, outgoing, highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills;

- Possess dynamic leadership qualities and self-motivated with a number of core strength;

- Resourceful and able to work independently
