Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Marcom Manager to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement in the local and international markets.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Lead SEO and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility and drive website traffic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives for products, services, and events
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and industry influencers
• Create compelling content for various platforms, showcasing our products and services
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relation
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)
