We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager (South Vietnam) to be based in Ho Chi Minh City. As part of the Software Sales team, lead and execute industry focused, consultative and value-added software sales engagements through business partners with customers and prospects.

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager (South Vietnam) to be based in Ho Chi Minh City. As part of the Software Sales team, lead and execute industry focused, consultative and value-added software sales engagements through business partners with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assigned partners to achieve their business targets of selling Siemens Industry Software on a broad portfolio of PLM/MOM solutions by:
- Create the strong business plan together with the assigned partners.
- Work closely with the partners to execute the activities as their plans.
- Work with Marketing to ensure pipeline coverage.
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy, and ensure updates are applied to SFDC, for the portfolio of Partners.
- Help coach Partners through co-selling and sales competency enablement to advance sales cycles.
- Work with Partners to understand enablement requirements to maintain current abilities and extend into new identified opportunities, create an enablement plan with each partner.
- Coordinate the delivery of enablement plan, sales training, business operations development, technical training, and marketing development.
- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
- Support the Partner to meet compliance and quality standards required by Siemens.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships.
- Software company background is preferred.
- Must have a Manufacturing domain experience.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Any additional languages except Vietnamese would be an advantage.

CLUB ROYALE là một câu lạc bộ giải trí trang nhã và sang trọng tọa lạc tại trung tâm Sài Gòn, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Cung cấp đầy đủ các loại hình giải trí như: Slot Gaming, Executive Karaoke Rooms, Karaoke Lounge và Music Lounge. Câu lạc bộ bắt đầu hoạt động từ tháng 7 năm 2004. Tọa lạc trên tầng 1 và tầng 2 của khách sạn Renaissance Riverside Sài Gòn, do Công ty TNHH Khách sạn Sài Gòn Riverside sở hữu 100% và được quản lý bởi Tập đoàn Khách sạn Rose Wood - Hồng Kông. FACES Karaoke - Music Lounge - Ban nhạc sống. Các Faces nằm trên tầng 1 và tầng 2 của Câu lạc bộ có phòng karaoke mở, quầy bar âm nhạc, hầm đựng xì gà.
