Job Description
- Manage day-to-day execution and operations of multiple SCS Warehouses
- Oversee daily operations, Inbound, Outbound, Inventory control of multiple warehouses
- Directly manage the WH Leaders – including both driving performance and line-management responsibilities
- Ensure all WHs are hitting their daily KPIs; implement effective controls and mechanisms to ensure all buildings meet the required standards
- Ensure all WHs are meeting their Safety, Security and Worker experience standards
- Improve efficiency and cost performance of Warehouses in scope
- Drive cost efficiency through effective planning, shop floor management, direct worker performance management
- Provide ground-level feedback to OPEX and Design teams to enhance processes, layouts and tools
- Actively escalate barriers and issues that will prevent WHs from hitting their cost targets
- Maintain elite service level
- Enforce daily routines that ensure all WH hit their quality and service level targets
- Instill a culture of serving the Buyers and serving our Suppliers
- Take ownership of experience misses; communicate with other Ops teams to mitigate impacts, implement corrective actions
- Recruit, retain and develop Field Leadership talent
- Recruit, identify, and develop talent in your team
- Set your team up for success, ensure they have the knowledge, tools, support needed to be successful, and if they do not have it, escalate
- Develop and drive development plans for direct reports
- Partner with Learning and People team to develop new training materials to enhance the leadership skills of your team
- Warehouses will be located in multiple provinces; candidates will be expected to travel frequently
- Moderate English and Strong Vietnamese language skills

Toàn bộ công nghệ Thiết Bị của dây chuyền nhà máy được nhập khẩu đồng bộ từ Đức (DEVEX) và Đài Loan, nhà máy đã đi vào vận hành từ Tháng 8/2018 với công suất 30 tấn dược liệu/ Ngày.
