Job Description

Join our 12-month training program designed to enhance your professional expertise, leadership capabilities, and in-depth understanding of various departments. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to assume senior specialist roles within the company.

Participate in onboarding and initial training sessions covering the company, its products, and internal processes.

Gain hands-on experience by working in key departments such as Business Development, Marketing, Investment, Human Resources, Accounting, and Cinema Operations.

Support and complete assigned tasks within each rotation.

Actively participate in, or initiate, projects aimed at process improvement and innovation.

Prepare and submit detailed reports at the end of each rotation period.

Present progress and outcomes to the management team.

Collaborate with assigned mentors and gain valuable insights from experienced leaders.

Complete structured training in both soft skills and technical knowledge.

Job Requirements

Recent university graduate within the past 1–2 years (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields).

Graduated with distinction; candidates with strong academic achievements or outstanding extracurricular involvement are preferred.

No prior work experience required, though previous internship experience is an advantage.

Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Proactive, eager to learn, goal-oriented, and committed to long-term career development.

Conversational English skills required; candidates with IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Willing to fully commit to the 12-month program and express a genuine interest in long-term growth with the company.
