Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Operation Center Manager at Viettel Cyber Security in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Security Operation Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations management, physical security, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and network security on a day-to-day basis.

• Manage and control the quality of services provided to the company's customer group: 24/7 Information Security Monitoring service, Troubleshooting, Threat hunting, Threat intelligence, Pentest...
• Optimize service, continuously improve service maturity level;
• Representative of the Monitoring Center works with VCS internal departments (Deployment, solution development, PM, sales, pre-sale, AM, Customer Service, ...) & Customers to coordinate and resolve issues. problems within the scope of service provision;
• Ensure SLA according to the contract signed with the Customer;

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in Security Operation Center (SOC) or ONE of the following specialties: Information Security Risk Assessment, Troubleshooting, Pentest, System Security...
• Cybersecurity and Network Security skills
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent
