- Daily tracking production plan from PPIC and calculation for 1.5-2days material stock in CM WH
- Request material from main WH to CM WH for mass production
- Tracking material stock & transfering on WL system in correct number
- Manage and control material at CM WH OMS On-Hand order daily tracking and update colorant status for mass prod
- Keep up-to-date Compound formulation on mass production line
- Work with supplier (FVN, ...) for plan compouding & delivering
- Control quality for every lot of compounds (contamination, color visual) and work with supplier (FVN, ...) for complaining process
- Control compound stock in CM W/H, ensure supply to production follow FIFO
- Tracking operator can input correctly compound quantity, name... on scan & scale system
- Planning and follow-up concept of " how to treat left-Over of compound slow moving"
-Tracking and control CM material stock at CM WH Monthly stock-count all material at CM Department with CM Admin, CM Logistic & ACC team
- Tracking and planning for Team Leader TEST PLATE running and send sample to QA for testing material LOT number
- Manage CM PBI Material Report
- RE monthly tracking & update to WH, GA for next step
- KPI data collecting and provide to LEAN team
- Other jobs assigned by CM manager- University graduated in Chemical Engineer, Material Management
- Experience in working with material, pigments and masterbatches
- Working experience in Manufacturing company
- New graduates without experience will be trained- Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City, Binh Duong Province, Trang Bom District to company.
