- Be responsible for local MICE in Danang: receive event/meeting requests, create proposals for meetings, incentives, conferences, make detailed agreements, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with Sales HCM and Hanoi in MICE group bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loyalty clients to fully understand their needs
- Build profile within the MICE marketplace through attendance at various events and the local marketplace
- Entertain clients to build intelligence on market trends and customer needs as well as develop a close relationship
- Present and sell available and suitable banquet/event options to the highest possible standard
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Receive, handle, and convert Meetings, Events, and Group inquiries (from group arrival until group checks out, issue BEO and General Information, welcome guests upon check-in and see off group check out)
- Be responsible for daily site inspections for MICE event organizers
- Communicate with concerned departments to ensure MICE groups’ requests, deposits, payments, and expectations are met
- Work with Chef for menus and special food requests from guests
- Work closely with Event and Recreation Manager, FBM to make activities for MICE Group
- Work closely with ADOS to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel
- Be familiar with all sales activities including sales calls, sales blitzes, and event coordination with banquet and other departments if assigned
- Make sales calls to corporate accounts and event companies based on specific industries
- Maintain and update the database and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel
- Prepare weekly sales reports (site inspection, sales call report, sales call plan)
- Monitor competitors’ activities and assist in live stream, video clip products in PR marketing intelligence
- Collect customer feedback and provide it to Supervisor/ADOS/DOSM and respond promptly
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Closely follow up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients
- Build up pictures, layouts, and presentations for selling tools (IPAD)
- Strictly follow the company’s rules and regulations
- Implement any assignment direction from DOSM/ADOS
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management within the job scope

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in the MICE segment
- Graduate of a college or university with a degree related to Sales and Marketing or the Hospitality Industry
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of current industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis
