Primary Objectives:
Assist in general administrative processes and day to day functioning of the Centre Management's Marketing Team.
Complete a wide range of administrative, office and support related activities for the members of Marketing Team. They will be able to work independently with little supervision and reporting to Head of Marketing. The role requires a person who is exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of Marketing Team, and part of a strong marketing team within a dynamic office environment.
Job Description:
Collect and support tenant for promotion information and update weekly
To assist in general administrative jobs and day to day works of the team as well as other duties as delegated from time to time by Marketing Manager.
Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements where required.
Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Resolve administrative problems and enquiries
Prepare and modify and compile documents including correspondence, monthly reports...
Push/Remind all team members to update the attendance schedule weekly.
Compose marketing agreement and keep track of status of agreements
Coordinate with Accounting department to keep track of status of payment/deposit from Marketing team
Participate in the creation & maintenance of a favourable image for Crescent Mall on behalf of the Landlord and Savills, promoting The Crescent, and Crescent Mall as Ho Chi Minh City's premier shopping & leisure destination.
Contribute to building a positive team environment.At least 1 year experience as Administration Assistant, with a commanding knowledge of general office responsibilities and procedures, planning, records management and general administration.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Event Management
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency on software programmed including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn and become proficient in further computer based packages.
Can sometimes work on weekend to support Mall Events100% Salary Social Insurance
