Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 300 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Recruitment oversight
Actively manage job postings across various platforms, source potential candidates, and coordinate interview schedules to maintain a smooth recruitment flow.
Review resumes, perform initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with the company culture.
Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance during the recruitment process.
Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed and they are smoothly integrated into their new roles.
Staffing needs assessment and job description creation
Review and update existing job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required, keeping them aligned with industry standards.
Collaboration
Work closely with the HRBP Team & hiring manager whenever a new or vacant position arises, ensuring job descriptions are well-defined and aligned with the role's requirements.
Collaborate with HRBP Team to address any compliance-related issues immediately when they arise, taking corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure continued adherence to laws.
Reporting
Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality to assess and enhance recruitment processes.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles. Prior experience as a headhunter or recruitment consultant is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully filling a diverse range of positions across various levels and functions.
Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition practices, processes, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in conducting behavioral interviews and using competency-based frameworks.
Contract Period: This is a temporary position with a contract period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
