POSITION SUMMARY
In partnership with the sales team, help develop, implement and document a strategy that identifies potential business accounts and maintains strategic partnerships. Assist in developing solutions that precisely meet customer needs and drive optimal sales and profits. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services. Identify key trends for ocean and freight forward industry to determine new sales opportunities. Monitors competitor actions to ensure that appropriate responses are formulated and communicated.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate an agile mindset and embrace change, emphasizing attentive listening to business objectives. Prospecting of target customers through proactive networking and leveraging existing relationships within the broader FedEx enterprise. Support the sales strategy for the deployment of the Company’s services to customer opportunities within ocean and freight business. Works with the team to ensure attainment of revenue and margin/yield goals for assigned accounts. Address sales growth activities, competitive pricing strategies while coordinating customer-based activities and strategies globally. Engage with customers at a junior level to assess satisfaction, manage critical situations with at-risk accounts, and ensure a proactive approach to customer needs. Collaborate across functional areas in development of solutions, proposals, and pricing models. This includes attending sales calls to further define the opportunity and develop the value proposition for account closure. Utilize established processes and tools and ensure all data is accurate and up to date. Provide weekly reporting on all accounts in stages for new business development

- HCM Office: Tòa nhà Hà Đô Airport Building, số 2 Hồng Hà, quận Tân Bình, TP.HCM
- HN Office: Tòa nhà VCCI, Số 9 Đào Duy Anh, Phường Phương Mai, Quận Đống đa, Hà Nội\
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with experience in overseas sales or having worked in the overseas department.
- Fluent English
- Basic knowledge of ocean freight import process and selling solutions globally to customers of varying size and complexity.
- Good communication and presentation skills in order to offer solutions to customer needs and resolve problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective customer and employee relationships. Strategic planning and sales management skills.
