Mô tả công việc
1. Admin function:
- Booking for air tickets, accommodation for outgoing business trips or travellers.
- Follow up and, Handy work in coordinator with service vendor, arrange payment to vendor
- Records and control admin expenses such as Taxi fee, business trips, delivery fee, stationary, .. and make monthly reports
- Follow up monthly schedule and remind team member in advance
- Attend the Admin meeting bi-weekly and make the meeting minutes
- To support Admin Department in other general affairs works
2. Any other duties as and when assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree with related major
- At least 1 year experience as secretary or assistant
- Good communication in English
- Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Communicating & cooperating well with others
- Hard working & trustworthy
- Being well organized, detail-oriented
- Willingnesss to assist other departments
