Assist all Sales Functions facing:

• Commercial issues
• Obtaining rates
• Cost validation or negotiation
• Support Sales colleagues to give ad-hoc quotation to customer
• Business execution
• Support to giving shipping instruction to operation
• Support to adherence to shipping instruction
• Administration and back-up
• Coordinate internally with team member for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting;)
• Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in term of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Fresh graduate or experienced ones are welcomed
• Can work full-time at least 6 months
• Excellent Vietnamese & English communication skills ( verbal & written ). Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation
• Business administration / commercial background
