- Identify and evaluate training needs with Sales Division and design the training plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Provides training strategy and the development of specific training development plans
- Responsible for implementing training programs for sales team, checking, evaluating and give suitable training solutions.
- Direct training & coaching for employees
- To summarize and report on training activities, training and evaluation of training programs.
- Improve and innovate training methods to increase the attractiveness of lectures.
- Proposing solutions to improve sales skills for sales employees
- Coordinate with Sales Trainer Leader to deploy advance sales skill for Sales team of Southern area
- Schedule the rolling work of the provinces to train KAS, AS and salesmen.
- Summary, evaluation training activities/ program and making report for Sales Trainer Team in monthly
- Calculate KPI training performance in Quarterly for AS/ KAS
- Prepare and edit documents/ test for each brands, sales skills, soft skill (Offline & Online)
- Make plan & execution training program for new & weak employees in monthly
- Prepare training form, report form, training process, plan for sales trainer team
- Coordinate with Sales Trainer team to organize training related events (Training Team building, Kick off, Launching new product, Sales conference, sales activation, Seminar for Pregnant mom, Patient, Doctors…)
- Other training task assignment from Sales Trainer Leader
