Overview: Technology company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience who is proactive, detail-oriented, and fluent in English. This role is responsible for handling recruitment for both Tech/IT positions, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting the offer preparation process for successful candidates.

1. Job Scope

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse IT roles (Software Engineer, QA, Automation, Data, DevOps, Security, BA/PO, PM, etc.)

- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.

- Source and build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, job portals, and recruitment events.

- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ capabilities and culture fit.

- Maintain excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professional process management.

- Manage ATS and ensure accurate, updated candidate data.

- Support preparing offer packages, issuing offer letters, and assisting in salary/benefit discussions with final-selected candidates.

- Provide hiring progress reports, recruitment metrics, and market insights.

- Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, workshops, and university programs.

2. Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related fields.

- 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, specifically in the IT industry.

- Fluent English skills (spoken & written).

- Strong understanding of the IT talent market and technology skill sets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work independently.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong team player.
