Mô tả Công việc

Coordinate and follow up on IT change requests raised by internal departments across platforms including Haravan, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and other systemsUpdating employee information from HR on the E-Office system: updating information of new employees, employees who have left, creating new user accounts.
Track and manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, and support tickets within an agile or semi-agile framework.Supporting and guiding users in using the E-Office system: assisting users in creating and approving requests on E-Office.
Collaborate with vendors and development partners to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and high-quality outputs.Developing and configuring approval processes on E-Office: modifying existing processes, creating new processes.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for new features, system improvements, or integrations.Gathering business requirements for application development from departments and brands: requesting new feature development, modifying existing features.
Assist in preparing functional and technical documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, mockups, and user manuals.Creating documentation for analyzing and designing applications for software projects.
Support testing (UAT), validations, and go-live preparations for new system features or updates.Participating in building current and future business processes.
Coordinate internal project status reporting and updates.Participating in testing and acceptance of system features.
Assist with basic budgeting and procurement processes for software delivery projects, including reviewing proposals and contracts.Creating user manuals for end users.
Support cross-functional workshops to align business needs with technical solutions.Guiding users in operating software systems.
Develop basic training materials and support onboarding of users to new tools or workflows.Requesting budget for projects.
Ensure all delivery activities follow Maison's IT processes and standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially in e-commerce. Know operating applications and understanding software products.
Familiarity with platforms like Haravan, Salesforce Commerce, or WordPress is a strong advantage. Possess communication, presentation, and information delivery skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external). Have knowledge of the retail industry.
Ability to synthesize business needs into structured, technical documentation. Possess skills in synthesizing and analyzing information.
Exposure to basic project management methodologies, including scheduling, issue tracking, and sprint planning. Have problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving mindset. Possess skills in building effective relationships and fostering consensus within a team.
Knowledge of the retail industry or omnichannel operations is preferred.
Background in Business Analysis (BA) is a plus.
Comfortable working with technical vendors and cross-functional teams.
Good command of English for reading, writing, and oral communication is a plus, especially for documentation and coordination with external vendors.Have the ability to read and comprehend English documents related to job responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of AI prompting (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus, especially for enhancing productivity, documentation, and automation of repetitive tasks.
