PMAX Launchpad- Trainee Program 2026
is a fast- track development program designed to nurture high- potential young talents into future digital marketing experts and business leaders. Through hands- on experience, real client projects, and mentorship from industry experts, trainees will gain the opportunity to grow as full- stack digital marketers within a transparent and accelerated career path at PMAX.

3 Phases to Grow with Us:

Phase 1: Trainee (3 months)– Participate in foundational training on digital marketing and client servicing– Support the team in project coordination, reporting, and campaign planning

– Allowance: 6,000,000 VND/month (gross)

Phase 2: Associate Executive (3 months)– Work on real client projects and support day- to- day client communication– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

– Allowance: 8,000,000 VND/month (gross)

Phase 3: Executive
– Manage client relationships and oversee campaign execution

– Competitive salary based on performance

The TIA (Training Investment Agreement) is signed at the trainee level but becomes effective for a 12- month period starting from the official contract commencement date.

Phase 1: Application & Entrance Test
Candidates will have 3 days from the time of receiving the test to complete it.
The test duration is 45 minutes.
