A Digital Marketing Manger is responsible for maintaining a brand's online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns:
- Build Marketing campaigns on digital media channels with the purpose of raising awareness about products and services, increasing traffic on the company's website/fanpage.
- Implement strategy: Implement advertising campaigns on digital media channels
- Manage communication activities via social media channels, website and email.
- Explore marketing opportunities by collecting sales data.
- Research sales data and analyze sales data and market data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for new initiatives to improve performance.
- Performance measurement and reporting.
- Evaluate goals based on ROI and KPIs on digital media channels.
- Propose implementation strategies: Evaluate the quality of advertising, promotions,... and then propose sales plans for each type of product.
- Collect customer insight: Find customer insight then apply and analyze the collected data to create creative communication solutions.
- Monitor SEO performance: Perform SEO optimization to optimize brand promotion.
- Maintain relationships with customers: Establish, maintain and strictly control relationships with customers, agencies, media agencies and partners.
- Managing a team of Digital specialists: Mainly responsible for all activities of the Digital Marketing department. In addition, professional skills training for employees is also provided.
- Implement periodic reports: Report to superiors on the effectiveness of SEO strategies, the effectiveness of Marketing on digital media channels and propose solutions to increase marketing effectiveness.
- Fulfil any additional task if requested by MD.

- Over 3 years of experience in Marketing in Hospitality, F&B industry.
- Proven experience in F&B Fine Dining is a big plus
- University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management or related subjects
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
- Basic 2D design, video script, shooting, editing, content development is advantage.
