In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of spare parts used for prototype vehicle testing, including planning, ordering, progress tracking, handover, and reporting. Ensure parts are available in sufficient quantity, proper quality, and on schedule to fully support full vehicle testing activities and optimize spare parts management processes.

1. Prototype Spare Parts Management
• Manage spare parts used for full vehicle testing, ensuring adequate quantity and required quality.
• Utilize SAP to verify parts data, track purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage inbound–outbound parts and coordinate assembly/installation according to testing department requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports, analyze data, and propose solutions to optimize spare parts processes.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with module engineers to align on component design and specifications.
• Work with vehicle testing engineers (DVP) to ensure parts meet required test cases.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineers and planners on the installation of in-house manufactured components (H-parts).
• Support planning and execution of logistics activities related to spare parts for testing.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange transportation of parts to testing locations.

3. Process Standardization & Optimization
• Develop and standardize processes for managing and ordering prototype spare parts.
• Optimize inbound–outbound–allocation operations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Standardize reporting templates, tracking tools, and related workflows.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure accurate data updates in SAP/JIRA and other related management systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on parts status, procurement progress, and handover activities.
• Recommend solutions to improve cost efficiency, quality, and delivery speed of spare parts.





Requirements

1. Educational Background

• Graduated from university with a major in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Logistics, or equivalent.
  
• Holds a Bachelor's or Engineering degree.
  

2. Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, production, or operations in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Preferably with experience in the Automotive, Motorcycle, or Manufacturing industries.
  

3. Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• Familiarity with SAP, JIRA, and TeamCenter is an advantage.
  
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in teams and perform well under pressure.
  
• Good English communication skills (listening – speaking – reading – writing).
