Lead the software outsourcing team, recruiting and training staff
Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.
Assign tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Plan and coordinate with other teams in the company to deliver software products with high quality and fitness for customer’s expectations according to plan and target

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Required Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in the IT field, especially software outsourcing
Proficient in English
5+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Project Manager in software development
2. Managerial & Leadership Skills
Ability to manage relationships at various levels within the organization
Ability to influence and resolve conflict through timely and transparent communications
Ability to effectively manage through change, whether a change in business requirements, change in business priorities, or change in resources
Ability to assess and manage risks at a project/organizational level
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basis with a minimum of 50 people
3. Education & Other Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Computer Sciences OR equivalent work experience
Strong business-oriented spirit and delivery processing skills
Excellent English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing) in communication with English-speaking customers
