• Successfully selling and representing Bãi San Hô in the local Vietnamese market
• Contracting with local DMCs for Bãi San Hô guided by the Senior Sales Manager/ DOSM
• Regular sales visits to existing and potential new accounts in Vietnam
• Sourcing group business (leisure, corporate, MICE) for the resort, handling from proposal stage to contract signature and handover to the operations
• Conducting site inspections, welcoming and hosting fam trips, client entertainment on site
• Conducting product presentations, trainings and webinars
• Strategically and pro-actively executing all sales initiatives for Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô through daily contact with the local travel trade (email, phone, Skype, sales calls)
• Key account and database management
• Constant sourcing of new potential business partners and sales opportunities
• Obtaining market intelligence relevant to the hotels
• Proofreading and preparing sales materials
• Distribution of tactical offers to enhance pick up
• Good understanding and regular review of key performance indicators of Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô (occupancy, ADR etc.)
• Attendance at selected tradeshows with the objective of generating business and new leads
• Managing all follow-ups of sales calls and trade shows, impeccable updating of database
• Regular communication with the GM and resort team, ensuring reservations, VIPs, high profile inspections, weddings and events are managed and coordinated well by operational departments
• Produce comprehensive rate comparisons and competitor surveys upon request
• Weekly and monthly reporting (activity, market intel)
• Any other sales-related task as assigned by the Senior Sales Manager / DOSM
