YOUR TASKS:
- Together with the Marketing Communications Manager, for planning, budgeting, implementing and executing corporate and marketing communication activities in Vietnam such as campaigns, customer communications, social media, sponsorship activations, PR, promotional items and brand support.
- Organise and implement internal & external promotional strategies to support & contribute to financial targets
- Ensure consistency of deployment of DHL’s brand identity
- Propose suitable PR, media & promotional ideas for marketing campaigns, ensure implementation if accepted
- Develop, maintain & update corporate, sales & POS materials to ensure they are customer-friendly & informative
- Carry out any task that is required by the Marketing Communications Manager
- Clearly communicate & co-ordinate, with the other DHL departments, their involvement & how they will be affected by marketing communications led communications activities
- Liaise with agencies as & when required to support Vietnam marketing activities including developing sales collateral.
- Reconcile & submit suppliers invoices for approval
- Liaise with Regional and Global marketing teams as and when required, under guidance of Marketing Communications Manager
- Track & monitor progress of the communication programs
- Prepare evaluation of the program results to ensure ROI
- Ensure all marketing activities executed in Vietnam are in full compliance with the DHL Brand Guidelines.
- Plan, budget, implement & ensure successful execution of Vietnam activation plans for all sponsorship assets – global, local and peripheral in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Manager
- Plan, budget, implement & ensure successful execution of Vietnam local customer marketing events in conjunction with the Marketing
- Communications Manager and the Vietnam Sales team
- Plan, implement & ensure successful execution of all customer communications such as service alerts and customer eNewsletter articles in conjunction with Marketing Communications Manager and the Vietnam Sales team
- Ensure sales collateral are up-to-date & accessible.
- Support with the execution of DM, eDM and digital campaigns through the provision of accurate & current target lists, daily lead tracking & final reporting in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Manager
- Complete & manage within given timelines monthly reports and presentations such as the Regional Quarterly Report, SFF, …
- 2-3 years of marketing communications, direct marketing, or public relations experience.
- Educational qualifications: a first degree with background in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Journalism, or English/ Literature
- Strong skills in events and campaign management, sponsorships, and promotional items production.
- Good writing skills (e-newsletters, social media updates etc.)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with PR is desired but not required
- Sound knowledge of office software and applications
- Sound analytical skills, attention to detail, speed and efficiency in execution.
- Strong relationship builder with empathetic personality.
- Possess appreciation of a multi-cultural environment.
- Possess the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- A self-starter who is able to take up projects and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
