Job Description

Project Management:

Work on Cross functional projects (Process set up/ improvement) to help the platform run seamlessly and sustainably.
Lead and manage projects outcome by working with varied Ops sub-teams to achieve business goals, based on drive cross-functional alignment on operational priorities.
As part of the projects develop and execute strategies and help communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure data quality issues are tackled by understanding the root cause and creating the respective solutions.

Operations Excellence

Drive metrics to measure and monitor performance/KPIs and cost of Operation teams. This will be done using both systematic and manually developed solutions.
Work closely with Operation sub-teams among other departments in ShopeeFood to grasp the operations problems and update management promptly.
Key contact point to coordinate related stakeholders for executing contingency plans to handle abnormal issues such as Covid-19, Bad weather, system down, etc.
Assist the Line Manager with any other tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

3+ year-experience in Operations & Project management
In-depth knowledge of project management methodology, project delivery process and ability to move decisions to actions
Great attention to detail, excellent data sense, communication skills, and stakeholder management skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, able to work in a fast-paced working environment, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Experience in e-platforms, data analysis scope is a plus
Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication both in English and Vietnamese.
