JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate Senior Email Marketing Specialist to elevate our email marketing efforts. You will connect with our audience and turn subscribers into loyal customers through compelling email and SMS campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning:

●        Develop and implement email marketing strategies using Klaviyo (preferred) for the U.S. market.

●        Align email initiatives with overall marketing and sales goals.

Campaign & Flow Management:

●     Design, execute, and optimize high-performing email campaigns (both promotional and non-promotional) and automated flows—including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, re-engagement initiatives, etc.—following the customer journey to address pain points and improve conversion rates.

●        Ensure all campaigns & flows are aligned with the customer lifecycle and address specific customer needs at each stage.

Content Creation:

●        Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals that align with our brand voice.

●        Ensure content resonates with the U.S. audience and communicates our value proposition.

Segmentation & Personalization:

●        Utilize customer data and behavior analysis to create targeted segments and personalized messaging.

●        Implement dynamic content to enhance customer experience and maximize conversion rates.

●        Maintain clean email lists and manage opt-outs and preferences.

Analytics & Reporting:

●        Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

●        Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

●        Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

A/B Testing:

●        Conduct regular A/B tests to optimize subject lines, preview text, content, send times, and other variables for maximum engagement.

●        Document findings and integrate successful strategies into future campaigns.

Market Research:

●        Stay updated on the latest trends in email marketing, lighting industry developments, and competitor activities in the U.S. market.

●        Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the email marketing channel.

REQUIREMENTS:

●        2-5 years of email marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or lighting/home decor targeting the U.S.

●        Proven success in boosting customer engagement and sales through email marketing.

●        Proficient with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and HTML/CSS for email templates.

●        Experience with SMS marketing is a plus.

●        Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience.

●        Strong data interpretation skills and experience with A/B testing.

●        Excellent English communication skills with attention to detail.

●        Ability to write compelling, on-brand copy.
