Responsibility
Conduct daily monitoring, reviews and assessments, prepare documentation, measure quality performance;
Review track and manage the implementation & efficiency of all quality monitoring procedures and inspection systems;
Conduct reviews of individual/team capability to ensure quality performance met targets;
Review client claims and non-compliance issues;
Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement;
Identify and implement best practice appropriate and applicable to improving overall quality;
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective & preventive actions;
Evaluate and audit team quality including both internal and external reports;
Check and validate findings, implement appropriate corrective actions;
Maintain standards and performance quality for all services provided.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast-paced work environment within the Content Moderation industry;
Prior experience or skills related to data analysis, root cause analysis and coaching delivery are preferable; Be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
Proficient skills with Google platform (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slide) and other similar platforms;
Willing to handle multi-projects;
Willing to work on flexible shift timings, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays (including New Year, Lunar New Year, Independence Day, etc.), and render overtime per business need;
Works independently with minimal supervision;
Assist in training as needed;
Team player and has excellent interpersonal skills;
Candidates must be able to effectively manage exposure to highly sensitive and potentially harmful content;
Having experience in the BPO industry (Content Moderation) is a plus.

2. Working Environment
5 shifts per week amounting to 40 hours (Monday-Sunday), arranged by the company;
