Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. Your responsibilities include supervising the field sales team and building long-term client relationships through sales and service excellence.

As an Area Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

What You’ll Do

• Engage, lead the field sales team, provide leadership in maximizing sales and market share growth.
• Supervise and monitor sales team to identify sales opportunities, conduct sales calls and customer visits in assigned territories.
• Conduct customer visits to key customers, new and potential customers.
• Assist sales team to gain new customer traded.
• Maintain the relationships with key customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
• Conduct performance review and career development plan for sales team.
• Support Business Development Manager in setting and implementing strategies.

Your Skills & Requirements

• Possess a Degree in any disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in relevant industry (i.e. Logistics, Transportation) preferable in selling express services.
• Proven track record with 3 years people management experience.
• Excellent communicator, team player, creative problem solver and have an analytical approach to developing sales strategy.
• Dynamic, aggressive and dedicated personality.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good spoken and written English and local language
