Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet the company's requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly.

2. Strategic Sourcing:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for various categories, including fitness equipment, home goods, and related products.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and potential new suppliers.
• Implement best practices in sourcing to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.

3. Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Ensure all agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments as necessary.

4. Cost Management:

• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value improvement.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to achieve budgetary goals.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product development, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Support new product launches by ensuring timely sourcing of required materials and components.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software and tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a  in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, 3 years as leadership role

• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and contract management.
