NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ MAIN TASK

• Participate in building, implementing and maintaining management systems according to ISO standards (Except ISO17025)
• Coordinate the implementation and integration of other management systems according to international standards for the Company.
• Collaborate with departments and departments heads to work with state agencies and certification body related to system management.
• Participate in evaluating and selecting raw material suppliers.
• Carry out product self-announcements and standard/regulation conformity announcements in accordance with legal requirements.
• Update and implement laws related to food safety in assigned markets.
• Verify corrective and preventive actions and evaluate the effectiveness after corrective and preventive measures against nonconformities in materials/subcontractor services related to food quality, safety and hygiene, sales finished product, finished product.
• Check product packaging information for compliance with legal requirements.
• Verify and evaluate the application and effectiveness of the issued document system.
• Perform reviews of documents related to the assigned quality management system.
• Coordinate with the Sale department to provide information related to the quality management system, food safety and hygiene to customers.
• Some other tasks directly assigned by Management

• Writing and issuing the regulatory documents to serve the goal of ensuring quality at assigned sites.
• Participating in internal audits or unexpected inspections at production units.
• Monitoring units to take corrective and preventive actions for detected issues that affect the quality and safety of the system's operations.
• Require Units to provide evidence demonstrating the suitability of the processes handled.
• Propose improvements to control processes with the goal of improving product quality to meet customer needs.
• When detecting non-conformity with laws, food regulations or having a serious impact on quality and food safety, notify the competent authority of the relevant unit..
