Role Description

We’re seeking a Learning and Development Manager. You will lead:

• Talent management
• Learning and Development
• Succession Planning
• Competency Framework Building
• Performance Management
• Culture developing
• Employee Satisfaction survey

Duties/Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing training programs according to production and business requirements.
• Directly train some programs as planned or when requested by direct management.
• Planning & implementing corporate culture activities under the guidance of the direct manager
• Build, and maintain performance management, 360 feedback system, coaching, IPD programs, Talent Development and Succession Planning.
• Plan & organize internal communication/ workshops/ events/ training relating to Coconut culture.
• Provide guidelines & support Dept. Heads in building functional competencies.
• Follow up on the application of Leadership competencies, analyze & propose an action plan based on assessment results.
• Conduct OHS survey, analyze & propose improvement action plan.
• Build an organizational culture.
• Implement internal communication activities, activities to improve corporate culture, create cohesion, encourage and retain talents.
• Build, manage and update the organization chart, operation chart, job description, functions, and duties of each position in line with the business strategy of the organization.
• Planning the necessary framework models for the organization according to the Company's vision, mission, and business strategy from time to time.
• Develop individual goals and manage individual goals for each position to ensure alignment with the company's business goals and strategies.
• Building employer branding activities
• Measure the health of the business to advise the Board Directors and the Board of Directors on appropriate human resource strategies.
• Other assigned tasks related to organizational development.
