1. Planning
- Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover market insights, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in the planning of brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in the planning of brand events and activities.
- Monitor and track brand campaign performance.
- Coordinate with vendors (agencies, designers, etc.) to execute brand projects.
2. Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on business performance regularly; collaborate with Operations teams to analyze and forecast demand, ensuring timely production plans to meet sales targets and KPIs.
3. Product Marketing & Brand Building:
- Positioning & Communication: Develop positioning strategy and communication plan to target customers, in collaboration with Brand Management, and Operations teams.
- Product/ Campaign Training: Create tools and materials for product training and implement training for retail systems and relevant departments.
- Campaign/Project Management: Participate in managing or supporting company-wide projects and campaigns as assigned, following project setup and task delegation.
4. Internal & External Stakeholder Management:
- Professionally and proactively work with related parties to set up process, solve roadblocks, manage lead time and deliver projects.
