SUCDEN Coffee is searching for a Data Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with the Data team to process data that ensure compliance to the new deforestation regulation.
The role involves managing, analyzing, and standardizing supplier data to build compliance reports for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
DATA MANAGEMENT
• Support the sustainability team in aggregating, cleaning, organizing, standardizing, and uploading supplier data.
• Identify and report data inconsistencies or missing information.
• Assist the data analyst team in conducting quality assessments and deforestation checks, flagging potential concerns.
• Prepare and validate geolocation files for both internal and external use, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Compile data from internal systems and create comprehensive reports for customer distribution, specifically related to EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliance.
• Load, update and customize data from resources then sync into data warehouse.
• Check and mapping data from tables in data warehouse and run script to clean data.
AUTOMATION
• Collaborate with the data analyst team to identify automation opportunities within workflows.
• Report recurring issues and inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline processes.
