We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Senior HRBP Specialist to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

1. HR Services

• Manage the implementation of HR processes, including employment contracts and variations, employment checks, probationary period review, and employee terminating procedures … in order to provide appropriate and ongoing support for employees
• Proceed with other employee-related paperwork

2. Labor law and HR policies

• Research and management information system related to Local Labor Laws in overseas branches of The Group to ensure compliance with procedures of the Group and Local Labor Laws
• Participate in governing and developing HR policies, projects & procedures for overseas employees.

3. Employee Relation

• Liaise with other teams to analyze HR services to mitigate the risk of the Group and to enhance employees’ experiences.
• Directly communicate with overseas employees and colleagues from other branches to encourage employee relations

4. HR database and filing system

• Directly maintain updated employee records regularly to increase employee management efficiency
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required

Requirement:

• At least 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Candidates with experience working at multinational corporations, foreign companies, or overseas are preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices and Vietnamese Labor Law.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and researching HR-related matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Good adaptability and strong self-learning capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Careful, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
