Job title: Administrative Support Staff

Job purpose: The Administrative Support Staff ensures smooth office operations by managing key administrative tasks and supporting HR activities. This role coordinates office services, travel arrangements, and company events while assisting with timesheets, reports, and other HR duties as needed.

Working schedule:

·      44 hours/week, off on Saturday and Sunday

Reporting line:

·      Reporting to HR Lead, dotted line to Operation Manager

Job description:

·      Office Services Management:

o  Act as the receptionist and manage outsourced services (cleaning, transportation, meal arrangements, etc.).

o  Handle stationery orders, delivery coordination, and meeting room preparations.

o  Perform related administrative tasks as required.

·      Timesheet and Reporting:

o  Prepare timesheets and other working reports for the team.

·      Visitor and Travel Management:

o  Manage visitor arrangements and employee business trips (visa applications, air tickets, hotel bookings, business trip insurance).

·      Event and Gift Coordination:

o  Organize company events and prepare gifts or souvenirs as needed.

·      HR Support:

o  Assist in various HR activities as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

·      University/College degree in Business Administration or a related field

·      Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

·      Experience in administrative and HR support roles

·      Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

·      Open to fresh graduates

·      Teamwork, organization and time-management
