The Position

OPSWAT is looking for a Data Engineer who is keen to roll up their sleeves to support the Sandbox product in transforming data into insights that can help to improve the value of the product and the business. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is detail oriented and comfortable in PowerBI and designing dashboards. The role will be based in Vietnam but will work with teams across OPSWAT internationally.

What You Will be Doing

• Design advanced data visualization models to identify and predict trends and cause-and-effect relationships. Utilize these models to generate recommendations and measurably improve operational efficiency.
• Translate data findings into infographics, visualizations, and automated reports/ Power BI dashboard to effectively communicate them to various stakeholders and track results.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish a system of tools and techniques to enhance data analytics practice.
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Develop key performance indicators with leadership for multiple Business Strategy and Operations initiative.
  
  
  

What We Need from You

• 1 –4 years of experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel, Klipfolio).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in using Excel & Power BI for modelling and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present large amounts of data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to ask critical questions that impact the design of our data solutions.
  
  
  

It Would be Nice if You Had

• Experience using CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
• MS Excel Advanced abilities.
• Experience in SFDC Reporting and Dashboards.
• MS PowerPoint abilities to take information and convert it into charts and graphs.
