The Opportunity

As an Automation Specialist in People Data and Automation team (PDA), you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation solutions. With 3+ years of experience, you’ll help create opportunities to upskill our workforce and focus on delivering strategic initiatives by streamlining processes and driving efficiency.

This is a Bangkok Based Position; relocation support will be provided for international hires .

In This Role, You’ll Get To

• Process Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop Automation : Design, develop, implement, and test automation solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards, while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Proficient in Python for building automation scripts
• Experience with Power Platforms (e.g., Power Automate flow/desktop, Power Apps)
• Understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

• Experience with Generative AI platforms
• Experience with OCR tools
