Assisting Head of Tax in all local and regional tax matters, including but not limited to:

• Implementation of processes and checks for VAT, WHT (FCT), CIT
• All Vietnam and international tax topics towards external and internal stakeholders (mostly VAT invoice related topics, FA liquidation, intercompany contract, etc.)
• Definition of processes and interfaces between tax department and other departments/business units
• Coordination of tax/VAT refund audits in Vietnam and contact person for tax authorities and external advisors
• Transfer Pricing: Support in the preparation of TP documentation and target country margin
• Advice on new business models in accordance with group policies (e.g. TP rules)
• Support in contract negotiations (e.g. tax clauses in agreements)
• Governance function for all direct and indirect tax compliance topics for all Vietnam legal entities and its foreign permanent establishment (PE in Germany, and potential PE in Korea)
• Governance role regarding international transactions (e.g. withholding taxes, permanent establishments, TP)
• Governance role with respect to personal income tax topics (e.g. deduction on salaries of employees)
• Coordinate all Vietnam Tax Incentives (including the Global Minimum Tax).
  
  

• Completed studies in accountancy / business administration or law (focus tax law)
• At least 6 years professional experience in the tax area in Big4 company or in MNC
• Additional experience in international taxation is preferred
• Experienced in dealing with tax authorities during tax/VAT refund audits
• Profound knowledge of business processes, accounting, IT (especially SAP, Microsoft Office)
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese, other language is a plus
• Very good communication skills, persuading and convincing personality
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, independently driving the tax function, high commitment/dedication
• Willing to travel within Vietnam to different Bosch locations (including software company in Cong Hoa, manufacturing plant in Dong Nai, trading branch in Hanoi)
