What You’ll Do
As the HR Service Consultant, you will be working independently in your role, utilizing your unique country expertise, solid local HR policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge is responsible for delivering Local People & Culture Services portfolio items either onsite or remotely acting as local subject matter experts. These activities include:
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Evaluates and validates local HR policy and legislative compliance for contractual changes, absence management, benefits operations and end of employment.
- Delivers new hire day 1 onboarding sessions.
- Offers a broad 1:1 consultancy to internal customers on local HR policies.
- Ensures accurate knowledge and content management on all-relevant SAP platforms.
- Acts as a 2nd level case manager for local HR policy queries in a service orientated and compliant way.
- Manages non digital employee files and HR documentation wet signatures in countries where it is a legal and/or language requirement.
- Supports local regulatory activities to ensure country compliance.
- Supports HR activities which relate to company's business development such as company restructurings, company code creation, and location consolidation.
- Takes a key role in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) projects based on unique country expertise and manages post-Merger activities to support a successful integration.
- Continuously monitors service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback seeking ways to improve work and processes, assessing service efficiency, risks,utilization, and customer experience.
- Takes a key role in the roll-out of new processes, tools and/or technology connected with LPCS Portfolio.
- Works with project/ process owner on project scope, project plan, coordinate with IT on technology updates, testing, training, communication and change management to all stakeholders.
- Takes proper risk and issue assessment. Ensures project deadlines are met ensuring a quality output.
- Is proactive to get involved in regional or global Topic Ownership for a defined process within the LPCS portfolio.
- Acts as a trusted partner and liaison with other People & Culture teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the successful implementation and enhancements of new and existing local policies, tools, and processesas a country subject matter expert.
- In exceptional cases may represent other People & Culture teams who are not located onsite, where on-site HR presence is essential for compliance reasons (examples: wet signature documentation -in/voluntary termination notice, salary deduction; in-person SAP HR representation at government offices, embassies, etc.).
HR Services Consultant should be service oriented, has process improvement and innovation mindset as well as compliance driven. Having detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answering employee inquiries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications. Besides that, you also should meet below requirements:
- 2-3 years working experience in HR.
- Solid HR experience in the following areas: staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, payroll, or data maintenance.
- Local employment legislation knowledge essential.
- Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred.
- Bi-lingual skills as needed based on region (English + Customer language).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. It would be preferable if you have: HR certificate and technical skills certificate (MS Office)
Local People & Culture Services (LPCS) are Functional Specialists providing unique country expertise to deliver best in class customer experience across the employee life cycle while at the same time driving operational excellence to ensure compliance. With collaboration being at the core of the team's success, LPCS acts as a liaison between country and Global People & Culture Service teams, forming key partnerships with HR Directors, People Relations, Total Rewards and all other People & Culture teams, corporate functions, and external vendors. This partnership, acting as country subject matter experts is keyfor the successful implementation of new policies, services, and tools.

- 07/2013: Khai trương cửa hàng đầu tiên tại Saigon Sky Garden (20 Lê Thánh Tôn, TP HCM) sau khi đã tái cơ cấu.
- 02/2014: Cửa hàng đầu tiên tại Bình Dương được khai trương tại Ký túc xá, khu B, Đại học Quốc gia Việt Nam.
- 06/2016: Đi vào hoạt động cửa hàng FamilyMart đầu tiên tại Vũng Tàu, thời điểm này số lượng các cửa hàng của FamilyMart đạt mốc 100 cửa hàng.
