Job Summary
The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for strategically sourcing, contracting, and managing the company's packaging supply to support production and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure that the supply of packaging for the company is executed according to the 7Rs: right type - right quantity - right time - right place - right quality - right price - right service (payment methods, trade regulations, accounts receivable, etc.).
Classify, evaluate, and maintain current suppliers using a specific scoring system according to MPO standards, while also successfully developing new and capable suppliers.
Procurement Process Management: Ensure the procurement process is executed correctly and in compliance with the company's internal rules and procedures, including identifying procurement needs, supplier search, contract negotiation, order management, and post-purchase performance monitoring.
Manage Purchase Orders according to the QUOTIF standard (QU - Quality: Meets required quality, OT - On Time: On time as required, IF - In Full: Full quantity as required) for any new Purchase Requests that arise during the year.
Monitor the implementation of contracts/purchase orders, and resolve any issues that arise during the supplier's contract execution to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze the market and control the supply sources to ensure the availability of packaging both in the present and future.
Proactively share information and connect with other departments in handling issues related to delivery and quality.
Perform settlement and handle issues related to records, procedures, delivery, receipt, contract termination, and coordinate with the accounting department to complete payments to suppliers.
Report the work results and improvement proposals to the Procurement Director.

Other Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position at FMCG or food manufacturing companies is a major advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement, with understanding and awareness of the packaging marketplace.
