 Retain and manage the relationship with tax authorities for good company

 Advise in preparation and declaration of local tax filings, including Value
Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income
Tax and other tax filings to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations;
 Advise in preparation and declaration of transfer pricing policy and
documents;
 Maintain tax records properly;
 Provide support to accounting teams regarding tax entries and reconciliation
of tax related general ledger accounts;

 Manage tax inquiries and tax audits conducted by the tax authorities;
maintain a professional relationship with audit staff;
 Respond to internal and external tax inquires, and assist business partners
with tax issues timely;
 Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation, regulations
and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial
positions;
 Provide tax advice/support on various service lines/business projects
targeted Vietnam as well as ad hoc tax matters.
 Support projects and help define systems improvements, process
improvements

 University Degree, major in Finance &Accounting
 3+ years of experience as relevant position
 Deeply understand and hands on all the local tax regulations/reporting
 Preferably Big 4 plus in-house experience
 Accurate and time management competency
 Excellent problem-solving skills, communications, and people management
 A positive thinker, logically thinking, proactive, result oriented.
 Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well the tax
authorities
 Strong problem solving and making decision skill
 High level of integrity, ethics and dependability with a strong sense of
urgency and results-orientation.
 Logical and Strategic Thinking
 Energetic, dynamic
 Good at Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint…) with advance in Excel.

 Certified Accountant certificate (ACCA, CPA, CA…) is preffered
 Experienced with media & entertainment and/or social commerce
environment
 Experience in leading and managing a tax team.
 Experienced with tax and/or legal regulation in Singapore
 Have understanding or practical experience on applying Action Plan on Base
Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS)
