YOUR JOBS:

• Strategize brands’ collections roadmap based on high-level understanding to furniture industry.
• Consolidate and analyze Sales Data through quantity and quality research to map-out collections’ gap, then deliver cohesive product range plan for brands.
• Conduct market research to guide product development and positioning through practice of style and price-points benchmarking.
• Supervise Product team members to achieve development timeline.
• Facilitate sample review and manage sample improvement.
• Oversee the product development cycle, from ideation to market launch.
• Supervise material development and finishing development following collections’ needs.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure product feasibility.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for product development projects.
• Supervise the task of input and manage product data on Odoo including codes, images, line drawing and packaging data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute tradeshow on assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with QC/QA to build collections standard.
• Lead customized orders from design to concept approval, then handover to Sales-RnD.
• Participate on random Product Quality Audit on production floor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a product development role, preferably in the furniture, design, or interior design sectors.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as, Media or Advertising.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
• A strong passion for and knowledge of furniture, design, and interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetic details.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers positively and understand their needs.
• A friendly, helpful, and confident personality, combined with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
