Job Overview:

The Senior Card Portfolio Specialist will be responsible to lead the growth, profitability, and engagement of the card portfolio through data-driven insights, customer lifecycle management, and strategic initiatives that enhance usage, retention, and cross-sell in the market landscape of banks’ competition and ensure to deliver the card related KPI, including projects, card spending and the TOI of cards portfolio, loan on cards product as well as other qualified measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall performance of the card portfolio (credit/debit), including activation, spend, revenue, attrition, and profitability.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies to increase card usage, transaction volume, and customer engagement.
• Design and execute lifecycle campaigns (e.g., onboarding, activation, spend boost, retention) in collaboration with Marketing and CRM.
• Analyze customer data and segmentation to identify insights and opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, or loyalty initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports to track performance against business targets.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure healthy portfolio quality and adherence to internal policies.
• Support new product and feature rollouts with portfolio impact analysis and customer communication planning.
• Benchmark competitors and propose innovative initiatives to improve cardholder experience and value proposition.
• Other tasks assigned by line Manager.

Required Qualifications:

A. Qualifications & Working experience:

• BA/ BC degree in Business related major or Banking & Finance;
• Having experience in leading card business in established international/ local Bank.
• Experience in managing staff, targets, sales, service and processes
• Strong knowledge of the card ecosystem, consumer behavior, pricing models, market, promotions & partnership competition and payment technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional project management skills.
• Experience in digital card solutions, data-driven product development, or loyalty integration is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data dashboards preferred.
