Profitable Growth: Achieve route productivity and customer service objectives within assigned area of responsibility (about 70% work load)
Develop a formal approach to obtaining budgeted productivity savings with roles and actions assigned.
Personally research, identify, and develop plans in the priority of greatest opportunity, and work with management to monitor activities and improvements to deliver that plan.
Monitor progress of all assigned districts and provide assistance as needed. When appropriate, communicate with Line Managers if improvements are not happening as expected.
Develop reports, action plans, training and Best Practice Library for all staff to help them with their improvement efforts.
Attend meetings with senior leadership team and the supervisory team to review progress and give assistance to Line Managers.
Training and Development (15% work load)
Conduct One on One Discussion and Coaching with all assigned Service Supervisors to understand training, support, and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of productivity within assigned time frames.
Attend and participate in meetings for Service Supervisors and Operation Manager reviewing service productivity.
Assist Service Supervisors and Operation Managers with routing using Map Point and other available productivity routing tools.
Develop a Branch Productivity Improvement Plan that supports the whole country plan.
Participate and offer progress reports in Management Team meetings quarterly.
Administration - Monitor and control administrative functions (10% workload)
Ensure timeliness and the accuracy of all required reports to senior leadership and the integration team.
Expenses - Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Other requested tasks (about 5% workload)
Build up and develop the company's culture with a professional image.

Requirements
Graduated from College/University with majors in Business Administration, Customer Service, Technical fields with the same level in foreign companies.
Have at least 02 year experiences in the field of Hygiene control service.
Read, write and comprehend hygiene chemicals disinfectants labels and training materials printed in English.
Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
Use OSHA mandated personal protective equipment.
Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
Tolerate sitting and riding a motor vehicle for extended hours each day.
Good working behavior.
Able to work independently and hard working in a multi task function.
Able to solve problems well.
Have responsibility and ability of management.
Skill of communication in English.
