Job Summary

• Assist Senior EVP Marketing in routine and non-routine operating and administrative activities and be the main coordinator to support MKT team in logistics and business activities.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Assistant to EVP – Marketing:
  
  

1.1 Reporting

• Consolidate data & prepare decks for monthly BSHS reports submit to EXCOM, AOP, EC...
• Cooperate with related sub-functions to consolidate data to make the reports for EVP MKT as request, doing delegation, forward important annoucement to the team, etc.
  
  

1.2 Secretarial Tasks

• Support EVP to review and check documents before getting the approval to comply with policy and highlight exceptional cases
• Prepare and manage the EVP's working plans (quarterly, monthly, yearly) to ensure timely execution
• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and other paperwork for the EVP.
• Organize logistics for business trips, meetings, workshops, and training sessions of EVP
• Coordinate invitations, visa applications, and accommodation for Marketing visitors
• Prepare and consolidate decks for for internal and externa business meetings
• Assist in making and/or following up with business paperwork (contracts/ memo/ announcements...)
• Maximize efficiency in administrative tasks related to travel and expense claims.
• Coordinate with A&M Mgr to build T&E budget for MKT
• MKT Coordination:
• Collaborate with People & Culture team and support to organize training workshops, activities for MKT team
• Plan and execute Reward & Recognition Ceremonies for quarterly and yearly awards.
• Organize AOP meetings, offsite meetings, and team-building events, including logistics and agenda planning
• Support to receive information, instruction from HO and deliver to all teams to ensure timeline, regulation, business target
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of documents for approvals on various platforms (Coupa, LDMS, SAP, Travel Booking, T&E...)
• Support to coordinate with Marketing teams for community and charity fund events
• Assist in coordinating company events and managing logistics for company's initiatives
• Support EVP - MKT to coordinate and organize engagement activities for Marketing team to build up One Team culture
• Other tasks as assignment by Line Manager

• Bachelor, major in BA, English is preferred
• Efficient at Secretary skill
• Good office management skill
• Good time management and planning skill
• Good communication skill
• Good project management skill
• Good at English, especially in speaking and writing
