• Evaluate the dietary needs of a client by assessing their health and exercise levels sleep and food habits etc.

• Clarify information to clients and explain the effects of nutrients on overall health condition

• Offer counseling and suggest positive alterations in nutrition to address clients’

dietary restrictions

• Daily survey has to be done and give summary and share. Collect daily survey and make a report to share officially

• Create full and personalized nutrition plans that promote healthy lifestyles

• Set clear objectives and provide support to clients to help them in their progress

• Conduct scientific research to expand field related knowledge such as the impacts of nutrients the benefits of diets to body’s functions etc.

• Write and publish articles to educate the public

• Make presentations on a variety of topics such as how nutrition affects

Performance in sports schools etc.

• Survey for parents students school members

• Always be proactive on implementing plans to upgrade catering quality and satisfaction

1. ISO & Laws

- ISO 9001 : Support to renew this certification for ADEN Vietnam + review & follow its implementation in South Vietnam branch with all departments

- ISO 14001 : Support to get this certification for ADEN Vietnam + review & follow its implementation in South Vietnam branch with all departments

- Monitor the Vietnamese laws related to food services

2. ADEN’s Catering sites

- Priority with experience in International Schools

- Support Catering sites (International School) of ADEN for Food safety & hygiene

- Carry out internal audits at Catering sites of ADEN:

- Check legal compliance ADEN’s requirements compliance potential specific requirements from Client potential previous corrective action plan implementation

- Provide internal reports to related persons (Operations director Catering department manager Catering Project Manager site manager / Catering supervisor)

- Define corrective action plan together with Operations representative

- Follow-up action plan implementation provide kind reminders

- Alert the management at the 3rd reminder without action

- Support handling potential clients’ complaints related to food safety & hygiene such as carrying out urgent audit & corrective action plan

- Propose continuous improvement if identified

- Support Sites operations whenever ADEN’s scope include canteen & kitchen supervision

3. ADEN’s food raw materials suppliers

- Support Supply Chain to define the standards of ADEN to purchase food raw materials (accordingly to Vietnamese law and ADEN’s quality standard)

- Carry out audit on existing and new potential food raw materials suppliers:

- Check legal compliance ADEN’s requirements compliance potential previous corrective action plan implementation

- Provide internal reports to related persons (Supply chain manager Supply chain deputy manager Operations director Catering department manager Catering Project Manager)

- Define corrective action plan together with Supply chain representative

- Follow-up action plan implementation provide kind reminders

- Alert the management at the 3rd reminder without action

- Support handling potential operations complaints related to food safety & hygiene of suppliers such as carrying out urgent audit & corrective action plan

4. Other spot missions may be requested by the management (not often)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Must have experience working at International School with the same position

• Have Bachelor Degree of Food technology or equivalent

• Strong experience in Quality Control Management of ISO 9001 HACCP… at International School would be preferable.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14000 HACCP ISO 22000 Healthy Safety & Environment analysis of cause for Non-conformity Internal Audit & External audit report ….

• Good at English Microsoft XP applications (Word Excel Power Point Outlook) Problem Solving Skills Management skills Well-organized skills….
