Internship Overview

• We are seeking exceptional university students and recent graduates who want to build their professional skills while gaining experience in the e-commerce field. Apply to be considered for our paid internship program.

The OnPoint Intern Learning Experience

• The 3-6-month internship program will provide a hands-on learning experience that will be a strong foundation for your future career. Students will have the chance to showcase their potential while applying their knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to the workplace at OnPoint. With a large and experienced staff at OnPoint, there are plentiful resources to provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and educational and networking opportunities for the interns. Each intern will assist their designated department with day-to-day responsibilities and special projects. Additionally, each intern will participate in a capstone project to demonstrate their learning experience and contributions to the organization.

Dates: This position will begin immediately. Candidates should be available to work Monday- Friday during regular working hours from 9:00-18:00.

Location: Please note the position location is District 1, HCMC with potential to travel to sites within HCMC.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Management reports (Company level) and perform variance analysis against budgets to understand gaps and propose suggestions for improvements.
• Deliver on a monthly basis, the management reports of Tech and HR (with full explanation & analysis)
• Working closely with the cross-functional departments in order to monitor the actual expenditures vs budget/ forecast to ensure the Management reports are properly reported and budget are monitored; deviations should be alerted to the budget owner and management on time for decision-making.
• Support the budget owners by monitoring their budget vs actual, provide informative &
• supportive analysis to help on management’s decision making.
• Prepare and maintain the data model for Business planning and budgeting
• Design and implement necessary controling tools, processes and visualizations in order to ensure the accuracy, speed and convenience of reports.
• Provide ad-hoc reports or analysis required by management team.
