MAIN PURPOSE:
The Commercial Director will play a crucial role in driving business growth and operational excellence. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in building operations, or Food Services operation management, and business development. The role will involve strategizing and managing all aspects of commercial operations while actively expanding the company’s market presence in Vietnam.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES:
- Commercial Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with Aden’s business goals. Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Operations Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations in building and F&B management, ensuring high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
- Business Development: Leverage industry expertise to expand Aden’s footprint in the Vietnamese market. Lead efforts to secure new contracts, respond to client needs, and proactively address market demands.
- Client Relations & Satisfaction: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction across projects.
- Financial Planning: Develop budgets, manage pricing strategies, and optimize costs to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team. Cultivate a culture focused on innovation, accountability, and client service.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Location: Candidates must currently reside in Vietnam.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in F&B Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English is required; VNese is a plus.
- Experience: Over 10 years of professional experience in building management or Food Services management, including hands-on experience in building operations or F&B management.
- Business Development Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and lead business development efforts successfully.
