* Summary: As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating high quality 3D models and visualizations for a variety of projects as assigned by the company. Your role involves translating design concepts into realistic visual representations that help clients and relevant stakeholders visualize the final outcome. You will collaborate closely with supervisors, clients and other relevant stakeholders of the project to ensure that the designs meet aesthetic, functional, and spatial requirements.

* Performance objectives:

1. Design Collaboration:

• Communicating with clients to understand project requirements.
• Site survey and measure the status of the project.
• Develop ideas and concepts design, make layout plan by yourself.

​2. Client Interaction:

• Prepare 3D designs in response to quotes and presentations to prospective clients in order to provide a virtual representation of the proposed to be provided product, space, or equipment and to so in a manner that is life like as possible.

• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

3. Project Execution:

• Develop and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards.

• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

4. Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latest 3D design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Continuously improve skills through training and professional development.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.

* Requirements:

1. Skillsets:  

• Strong IT skills relating to architectural and interior design, skills include CAD, 3D max, Sketch up, etc. 

• Need the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new software.  

• Strong Quantity Surveyor skills with the ability to convert 3D or 2D design to a bill quantity.  

• Ability to interact with clients or supervisors; understand needs quickly and provide design based on those needs and our design experience.  

• Speed in executing the above. 

2. Personality traits:   

• Well organized with time management; 

• Potential ability to manage and assign work to others; 

• Ability to present design to clients is a plus; 

• English language communication is a plus; 

• Responsive, responsibility, teamwork and listening; 

• Ability to meet deadlines; 

• Ability to interpret client needs.
