Project: SENDO FARM
Responsible for sourcing and buying new products under the Fruits/Vegetables & Meat/Seafood category
Build and maintain relationship with suppliers
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, timely delivery, billing, etc.
Plan and develop strategies to achieve monthly sales within budget
Analyze market trends to make insightful buying decisions
Plan and ensure timely delivery of products and coordinate with Operations team on inventory matters
Coordinate and brainstorm on launch product campaigns and product push
Work hand-in-hand with other departments such as Business, Operation, Customer Service to ensure that product listings and promotions are aligned
Ensure maximum turnover by negotiating best deals and pricing with supplier

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Supermarket industry
Experience in start-up (e-commerce) companies will be an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively bilingual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
