Job Description

Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities.
Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Collaborating with various internal departments to contact purchase orders.
Inventory Management – analyzing demand, purchase and process component inventory.
Supplier Management – managing current to ensure that orders are delivered by the committed date.
Cost and Quality Management – enabling access to favorable pricing and conditions whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
Other tasks/duties assigned by the Head of Department/ Line Manager.

Requirements

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
Good knowledge of OEM/ODM and import practices is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaborative attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing order and suppliers.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices.
